Shipping Policy for Hi5 Resources

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on your order value and the weight of the books. You can check your shipping costs in the checkout page

Order Processing Time (How long we take to  get your order ready)

All orders placed between Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (0-2 Business days. All orders placed after 14h00 will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note that in the event that our courier cannot reach you and they have to send the package back, the customer becomes liable to cover the return and reshipment fees. Please make sure your order contact information is correct when placing the order.

Transit Time & Tracking (How long it takes for the courier to deliver it to you)

Transit time will depend on the type of shipping selected. Local transit time is generally between 0 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). A tracking number will be issued once the item is dispatched and you will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping locations

Within the borders of South Africa we ship nationally, within the restrictions of the selected carrier.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
